Epic Video Games Bus is San Diego's newest and most exciting mobile video game theater! Our amazing game bus comes right to you! We service all of San Diego as well as some parts of Murieta & Orange County
Frequently Asked Questions
What age groups do your buses cater to? The Epic Video Game Bus caters to all ages. We have a wide range of video games for kids all the way to adults.
How many people can the bus hold? The Epic Video Game Bus holds up to 15 people. (If more than 15 people, we can add more screens outside)
What gaming systems do you have? The Epic Video Game Bus is equipped with PlayStation 4's & Nintendo Switches.
Does the video game bus move around while kids are inside? Absolutely not. The Epic Video Game Bus is parked the entire party. Safety always comes first.
Is food or drinks allowed on the Bus? NO, Due to possible spills we DO NOT allow food on the Video Game bus.
Does The Bus or Laser Tag Need A Permit For Parks? Yes, if we are parking inside the parks parking lot or anywhere inside the park the city or county will require a permit. Any permits is on the person who hired us to acquire, we can provide you with our insurance as needed.
Any endorsements needed to be added to our COL is about a 2-3 week turn around depending on if it needs underwriter approval.
Are parents allowed on the Epic Video Game Bus? Yes. Parents are allowed on the Video Game Bus and can participate in all activities at their own discretion.
Where does the Video Game Bus park? Preferably, right in front of the house, apartment or building. Any legal spot provided by the parent.
Is the bus equipped with heating and air conditioning? Yes. The Video Game Bus has heat and air conditioning capabilities.
What Time Will You Arrive? Approximately 30-45 minutes prior to set up.
Should I be Concerned About Inappropriate Games? Upon booking your party, we will contact you and discuss the game selection.
What is your refund and cancellation policy? Our reservations go quickly. A Non-Refundable Deposit of $100.00 is required for all bookings to reserve your date and time. The full remaining amount of the party will be due the day of the party. Payments can be made with cash, Venmo, Cashapp, or Paypal. If a conflict should arise and a change of date and/or time needs to be made, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability at no charge and within three (3) months of the original event date, and only once. If cancellation is the only option for your event, this will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the event. A refund will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date and time.
